Senior Enrichment Center
Helping Older Adults with Life's Challenges
The Senior Enrichment Center exists to help older adults with life's challenges. It is designed for a group we consider one of our most valuable resources, our senior citizens. It is a voluntary Outpatient Behavioral Program that anyone can be referred to when the need is suspected and a free, no obligation pre-screening assessment will be provided.
We help Seniors Cope with:
-Depressed mood
-Unresolved grief
-Anxiety, anger, nervousness, worry
-Isolation or loneliness
-Difficulty coping with health/physical changes
-Difficulty concentrating
-Sleep or appetite changes
-Feelings of hopelessness or helplessness
-Low self-esteem
-Personality changes
Senior Enrichment:
-Confidential
-Provides group, individual and family therapy as well as medication management for behavioral health diagnosis
-Provides transportation and a noon meal during the treatment day
-Coordinates the patient's care with the individual's primary care physician
-Lasts for 6-12 weeks, (2-4 days per week)
-Provides follow-up care after discharge
Your Treatment Team
Your treatment team is multi-disciplinary in design to ensure the best quality patient care possible for those who trust us with their behavioral health needs. Along with the patient, family members and the family doctor, the team includes a Medical Director, Nurse Manager, Clerk/Transporter, Program Director and Primary Therapist.
